Our Mission
Frontline Pediatrics, rooted in Detroit, we’re building a pediatric hub where healthcare, therapy, and childcare meet under one roof. Founded by a nurse and a community director with a shared vision for restoring care to families, our mission is simple: to create a village that supports the children and while supporting families who care for us all.
Meet the Founders
“I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.”
— Mother Teresa

Gabrielle Hall is a registered nurse and mother of two whose work is grounded in empathy, family, and the belief that every child deserves care that feels both safe and seen. With a deep understanding of the gaps parents face in accessing consistent, compassionate care, she has built her career around bridging those divides for children and families.
Her clinical background spans emergency medicine, rehabilitation, home health, and work with non profit pediatric organizations — including her work at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital, where she provided acute care to children and families in one of Detroit’s busiest ERs. This frontline experience shaped her sensitivity to the realities families face beyond the hospital walls.
As Founder and Clinical Director of Frontline Pediatrics Center, Gabrielle leads with both heart and bedside expertise. Her model brings pediatric urgent care, dentistry, mental health, and 24/7 childcare together under one roof. Frontline was designed by a nurse and a mother, for the families who hold everything together.

Community Initiatives Director at Ball State University
Paris McCurdy is a leader whose passions lie at the intersection of community uplift, thoughtful development, and inclusive impact. From his roots growing up in Detroit, Paris carried forward an unshakeable belief in hard work, connection and giving back.
Paris McCurdy made his mark as a standout 6’7” forward for the Ball State Cardinals men’s basketball team, helping lead them to back-to-back Mid-American Conference titles and a memorable Sweet Sixteen run in 1990. After his collegiate career, where he earned two All-MAC honors, McCurdy eventually transitioned into administrative leadership at Ball State University, becoming the Director of Community Diversity Initiatives. In this role, he draws on his athletic legacy, leadership experience, and Detroit roots to strengthen community engagement and develop meaningful partnerships that connect the university with diverse populations and initiatives.
What sets Paris apart is his conviction that real estate and neighborhood redevelopment are not merely about yield or occupancy: they are about people, purpose, legacy. In our joint project, Paris brings a unique combination of operational discipline, community trust, and a vision grounded in inclusion. When paired with the clinical, service framework we’re building, his role ensures the building becomes not just a structure, but a hub of hope, connection and long-term value for frontline families.
